I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The shower curtain had a really bad odor and stains. I made the reservation there because my kids wanted to use the pool and hot tub. When we got there they only mentioned that the hot tub was out of service but that the pool was open till midnight. Well when we got to the pool there was no lighs and the water was really cold. We Paid too much money for those services that they don’t really offer. We will never come back here.

The style of room is nice, however I noticed walls with spots, I unfolded top comforter and notice stains on comforter, that was masked by the folding of the sheet. Spots on towels. The in room Keurig coffee maker was dusty so we did not use. This hotel could use some detail to cleaning.

It's hard to argue with the area around Polaris and this hotel is a good option if you are visiting the area on are on business. Very easy access to I-71 to either go into town or for when you're leaving.

Slightly disappointed in this hotel.

I’m a bit surprised this hotel was so highly rated. There is visible wear and tear in the hallways and on the room doors. Furnishings in the room were also worn and the lampshade was torn. There were some splatters and stains on the wallpaper in our room. In addition, the pool was closed the night we were there, and there was no hot water the night we checked in - the water was warm enough to shower the next morning but not very hot. On the plus side, the location of the hotel is convenient and the bed was comfortable. Overall, I would not likely stay here again, especially given all the other properties in the immediate area.

Our window was smashed in our truck and they had nothing to say but sorry. Did not give us anything towards our stay. While that is not the only thing we went for the hot tub and and pool both was extremely cold.

Hotel was well maintained and had a nice parking lot. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the room smelled slightly like cigarette smoke and the drapes had tears in them.
