Nice property. Only complaint was the noise of the exterior door to parking lot, which was very loud each time it closed. Since people go out that door to smoke, it was slamming in the night and early morning.

The floor was so dirty the bottom of my feet and sandels were black. They would not accept cash. There were no side door to Conveniently get your things to the room. You couldn't hardly find anyone at the front desk.

The elevator and hallway to the room of marijuana. It was a bit nauseating. Having odor/smoke absorbing air fresheners would be a good idea, for those of us who don't smoke and are very sensitive to the odor and residue.

The front desk staff is so accommodating and polite! The pool is clean and warm! Tiles in the pool area need replaced but not a danger just cosmetic. You have to get towels from the front desk which is a minor inconvenience. Hot tub is almost “too hot” but, it’s supposed to be. Room is clean however the bathtub won’t hold water (the stopper doesn’t stop) which makes a 4 year old unhappy but we made do.

The desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Had to call housekeeping for a minor issue, and they responded and corrected it immediately. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and again, the staff was pleasant and efficient.

Only one complaint
We enjoyed our stay at the best western , comfortable connecting rooms we enjoyed the pool and breakfast was very good with so many options . Our only complaint is that we were barefoot in the rooms and our feet got very dirty , everything else was clean in the rooms but the floor was dirty
