The room was damp. The sheets were wet to the touch and there was mold on the back of the chair. It smelled terrible too. The pool was cold too. They did give us a different room and it was better but it still didn’t smell great.

The lady on duty at the time of check-in was super. When I asked if she could put us in a room close to the front door because my wife and I were both disabled she changed the rooms without question and put us in as requested. She answered all our questions regarding dining in the area. Just a very polite person.

Hotel is older but clean. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was hot and made on time. Few things…The hallway has a strange smell and the dinning room is way too small. Plus, the cleaning staff entered my friends room without announcing and after complaining was told it was the third complaint that day.

House keeper issues
Our stay was fine up until right before check out. The hotel is out dated. There is no elevator. None of which is a deal breaker for us; however, on the morning of checkout my husband and kids took some of our stuff down to the car while I finished cleaning and packing up. They shut and locked the door behind themselves and the male house keeper LET HIMSELF INTO MY ROOM without knocking or saying anything. It was NOT past check out time (it was 10:35 to be exact). He looked at me and said “oh, sorry” and walked back out. This is a HUGE issue for me. What if I or my children had still been getting dressed when this man let himself into our room?! We will NEVER stay here, nor recommend this hotel to anyone else EVER.

Terrible hotel. They don't clean the rooms. We had to go to the front desk to get towels soap we ran out of toilet paper 3 times No one emptied the waste paper containers. They were over flowing after 4 days with no service DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IT WAS TERRIBLE. THEY ALSO DID NOT HONOR THE PRICE QUOTED
