Simple I pre booked for 2 days ,knowing I will miss the 3pm check in because I work night shift. And check in 7am ,well he hotels night shift auditor cancelled a paid booking and I was left in limbo.

I had a great experience. The amenities were nice, and breakfast was satisfying. It would be nice to have opportunities to recycle, but it's not a complaint; just a suggestion. I find $50 per night quite high and unreasonable for a pet fee.

Me and my son stayed here for our trip to the zoo! Everything was Amazing from check in to check out everything went smoothly and everyone was so friendly and helpful! The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean and tidy will be back in a couple weeks for a longer trip

That room was worse than minimalist! No storage, tiny hanging space, no where to out food or anything else, bare floors that were freezing cold. Honestly felt like a prison cell, I hope your designers get a reality check and have to stay in those rooms wow! No coffee machine, no microwave, bare bones. A Hilton product?? What a joke!
