The stay was great! Check in took a long time, but it was game weekend so I wasn’t surprised. My keycard kept having issues and I had to make multiple trips to the front desk to get a new one. That was the biggest issue. Continually getting locked out of your room is frustrating but the staff was nice about it and fixed the problem quickly. Overall it was an average hotel. The environment was quiet and easy going. Which is what I was looking for since the purpose of the day was to get some much needed rest. If I ever need something in the area again I will book again if the rooms are a little cheaper. I do think it was over priced for what they offer.

Stayed 1 night came in late, got fast and kind service, room was clean, beds and pillows comfy enough, shower had good pressure and temperature was a great 1 night hotel. There was some shady activity in the parking lot outside and didn't seem in best area, however I would stay again

The front desk clerk was nice and tried to help us in a bad situation. Hotel was in horrible condition, unsafe , our daughter had allergic reactions we think due to mold and un clean conditions in carpet and ac unit. The air smelled.bad and moldy. Obvious signs of deffered maintenance, strange people walking in n out of lobby who seemed like locals. People hanging out in parking lot partying until the late hours...etc etc Property needs to be shut down and renovated or closed.

The pool had green slimy water with floating algea on top. No housekeeping offered since we only stayed 2 nights. Hallways had a weird cleaner/marijuana smell. Bathroom had a few bugs show up each day we were there. Large amounts of paint chips on top of the air conditioning unit (4 to 5 inches long and 2 inches wide pile).

The stay at the property and the property itself was okay, the staff itself was rude and discriminating, had a visit from my son and one off the staff member stated he could not come in cause he smelled like weed, when did we start discriminating people on how someone smell, if I’m standing around people who was involved with that activity then yes I may smell like that, not one time could they prove or show me on camera where they claimed he did, was told I had to leave in which I had already paid for 4 days and they wouldn’t give me my money back cause I only stayed there one night. I will make sure everyone knows about Sleep Inn motel at 200 East exchange off Garners Ferry Road in Columbia SC

Nice hotel for a quick stay in Columbia. The hotel is very nice but it’s just an exit off the interstate. Quiet, nice room, and pretty good continental breakfast.

The room was in a deep state of disrepair from the wood furniture to window dressing. Clearly ill-maintained. Will not stay at this location again. And, yes, I notified the front desk of the condition of the room since upon check-in, you have to sign a sheet that indicates you will be charged for damage to the room if you do not notify the front desk of observed damages when you get your room. Of course the hotel was fully booked so I could not change rooms. I will not stay at this hotel again.

NO POOL OR GYM!! Otherwise, a good stay.
NO POOL OR GYM!! That is blatant false advertising. Howevere, the customer service was awesome. Very clean, comfortable and inviting. Coffee is good, but no protein options for breakfast. Also, had to get room keys reactivated several times. Other than the pool being "renovated", for the price point, everything was as expected or better.
