The hotel was okay for the price. There was a smell in our room, but nothing too bad. The towel rods in the bathroom were taken off, but overall it was just okay!

This property is so out dated. I was put in a room where all the towel racks were taken off the walls and left with holes in the wall. The wayer never got hot my entire stay, just luke warm. The room was very smelly as well

I felt safe in the area. The team was very helpful and the facility was clean. The only area of improvement would be more breakfast options even it’s just eggs and a bacon/sausage option. I love breakfast so I’m partial to that. Others may of thought the waffles, cereal and others snacks were fine. Lastly, the “workout facility” that’s advertised is literally just a 6’ x 8’ room with 1 of 3 pieces of equipment that work.

The hotel was ok, I found the towels to have hair (not long ones but short ones and they looked like hair from down there plus the towel had stains, didn’t use them at all). The breakfast was the same every day and it was ok, the apple juice tasted sour at the 2 day. The surrounding is not nice unless to take an Uber, I had so many unsafe experiences where I was harassed by men in the area while walking or taking the bus, overall the neighborhood was not ok. The bed looked clean and comfy. I don’t even recommend coming to Columbia South Carolina, just avoid it.

This Hotel appears to be homeless centre. The rooms are disgusting. The clientele are very shady at best. We paid over $600 for a 4 night stay, expecting a decent hotel. Boy were we surprised.

Checked out a day early, hardly made it through the first night, the carpet was wet in the room and the entire room smelled like mold. I would actually like to request a refund. The mold was terrible
