Summary:
Welcome to our 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that accommodates up to 17 guests! With a private pool, spacious screened porch, and easy access to Lake Murray, it’s the perfect getaway for family and friends. Just five minutes from shopping, dining, and Saluda Shoals Park, plus convenient access to I-26 and I-20 for trips to the University of South Carolina and Fort Jackson. Enjoy the seasonal pool, and pets are welcome for a fee. We provide professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know what to expect. We’d love to host you!

The Space:
**Our pool is closed for the season. It will be noted here when it reopens in the Summer of 2025.**

Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Inside the doorway, the first staircase is straight ahead, the formal dining room and office/den spaces are to the left, and the living room is off to the right.
The living room has a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. Please note the fireplace is not operational or available for use.
Continue through the living room to get to the half bathroom and the fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. This galley-style kitchen has an efficient layout with all the essential cookware to prep meals during travel.
Enjoy your meals at the table with four chairs in the kitchen or off the left of the kitchen in the formal dining rooming featuring a beautiful farm table with two benches and two chairs. Through the formal dining room (and to the left of the front door) is the office/den space with a desk, office chair, and a futon. The futon provides extra sleeping space if needed.
This home has four bedrooms. The first is above the garage, through the kitchen at the top of the second set of stairs, with two full beds. The staircase across from the front door takes you to the additional three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. At the top of the stairs to the right is the first full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. To the right of the bathroom is the master bedroom; it features a king bed, a SmartTV, and an ensuite bathroom.
The first room to the left of the stairs is a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. To the left of that room is a bedroom with two full beds.
Off the kitchen is a spacious screened-in porch with patio furniture and access to the fenced backyard with a private above-ground pool!

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a residential area, about 10 minutes away from Lake Murray.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Saluda Shoals Park. The vacation home offers a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms.

The pool was very nice and the property was also large enough. I had to do a little extra cleaning and there were a lot of dead bugs under some of the furniture.

Not what it looks like
The pictures on the website was not the updated version of the house. The pool was filthy and inoperable, bathroom door not working properly and locks you in, the freezer did not keep the food at the proper temperature and had mold, also found a bed bug in one of the beds. We communicated constantly with the phone operator, sent numerous emails with photos and we only received $97 refund. My organization rented 2 houses and neither one accommodated. My Organization will NEVER use Patriot Homes again.
