We had a comfortable overnight stay. The bed and bathroom were clean.The provided soaps and shampoos were nice.The floors definitely needed swept in the hallway and our room. Breakfast was okay. Some obvious breakfast necessities were lacking such as bowls for cereal, orange juice, coffee. Definitely met our need of a good night’s stay.

Excellent stay
The k real stay was great. The only thing we didn't like was they our room was the very last door at the end of the hallway next to the exit door. As you can imagine, we didnt sleep much as the traffic in and out that exit was a lot and the hotel was booked full so no option to change rooms. Overall though, hotel was great and would definitely stay again!

I was very pleased with this place. Lobby obviously first thing I seen, very neat and clean . Got to the room Again Very clean and actually smelled nice too, and was actuallya really nice room. Id definitely stay here again. Hopefully the other same named hotels are as nice but this is first time staying with this hotel. Ohh and the breakfast was good too.

It was good overall
The rooms were clean. The staff was good. I paid through a third party before I got there. I expected the pet fee, but not holding another $100 for incidentals. I think that should be stated upfront.

Needs soundproofing and better communication
Got confronted in the parking lot by someone asking for money. Ended up moving my car as I was moving cross country and had a lot of stuff and didn't want the rental car broken into. Checked in at 10pm, asked what the latest I could check out was. Was given Noon. In the room, listened to the neighbors doing reverse makeup sex, with the argument after. It was 1am. Went to the desk and got moved. 11am and housekeeping knocking on the door, me explaining I had until Noon. Front desk calls and says they need to turn over the room and best they could do was 1130am. It was 11:11am. I was on my last 3 hours of a 4-day trip, didn't bother to shower and left.
