Had to wait for 5 minutes at the front desk while the associate was on her cellphone. When I got in the room I put my suitcase on the desk and say a 4 inch long lizard fun across the floor. I asked the girl at the desk if another room was available and she said no and asked me if I wanted my money back. Normally I am very happy with your hotels, but this will be the last time I stay in one.

I very much liked my room. The large TV and sectional were above my expectations. Breakfast was average. Would have liked the oatmeal and dried fruit shown on all the posters around the hotel.

I saty for 3 nights and they never made the room service, when I ask them from the first day they told me ,ups sorry the cleaning lady maybe forget, they leave a note but never pass to do it in the next 2 days.I ask them every time for towels and paper toilet. Terrible place.

David and I both enjoy our stay and prince too.
we stop by to shop around for a new home. We are very impress with the atmosphere , the smell of clean and the comfy of bed gave us the rest we much desire and very peaceful place to rest. plenty of space for my little prince to run around and do his thing. staff been very pleasant and friendly.

Hotel was clean and staff members displayed excellent customer services. However, the morning breakfast was not to appetizing. The oatmeal was very dry and lumpy. Sausage was overcooked. And the bacon bits tasted terrible. Other than that, services were excellent.
