It's totally unacceptable for the hotel to tell their customers that they will not be responsible for any of their missing properties within their facility. Which means my car and my valuables within the hotel facility are not safe.

Property was ok, room was good. Pictures make it look better. The floor we were on had a really bad smell and the carpets looked nasty and were un-vacuumed the entire trip, the elevator was sketchy. Best part about the room was the water pressure in the shower, it was amazing. I'm glad I paid extra for the room with a couch, we needed the additional space. The area of town was kind of rough. I would have stayed in another part of town if I had known especially for the price. Even if that close to the army base, the drive would have been worth it to me

The walls are so thin that I could hear all conversations coming from the hotel lobby. The nightstand walls outlets did not work. The juice at the breakfast bar was terribly undrinkable.

It served it's purpose for the 1 night my husband & I stayed. The lady that checked us in was nice & informative, the lobby & garden area are beautiful. Now, the room...the bed was comfy, there was also a refrigerator & microwave included. BUT!! The ceiling has some issues, smoke detector clearly looks like it didn't work, there was cookie crumbs in front of the bed & LASTLY....a wash cloth was left hanging in the bathroom (thought it was my husbands wash cloth, but he confirmed it wasn't his), which let me know someone didn't thoroughly clean that room. If I was staying more than 1 night, I would've definitely asked for another room or for someone to properly clean the 1 we were in.

Ok, nothing exciting.
The fire alarm went off on second night of stay. It went on for 3 hours. After the first hour we left and did not come back to midnight. Only an apology. Should have done a comp being it was a person pulling the alarm as a prank.

Here is what I did not like: 1. the door would not open against the carpet in the room, it took muscles to get it open 2. for breakfast they were out of just about everything. For example, made a waffle but there was no butter or syrup. Asked the person in charge and they just said they didn't have any. 3. it was noisy outside the room. 4. the bathroom looked horrible, isn't taken care of and it should be updated. 5. the toilet backed up and they came and gave us a plunger and we had to fix do it ourselves. 6. elevator was slow 7. the wifi was questionable, didn't work half of the time To sum up, this place needs a lot of updates. What I liked: 1. parking was easy and convenient 2. the bed was comfortable
