I was greeted when i arrived . Two staff atnfront desk even relieved a eye contact with smile from other front desk staff. Checked in quick they answered my questions. Room is very clean view is great nice set up .over all great and great location for me for my purpose came for easy access to arena

The whole hotel was clean from the parking lot to the lobby and rooms. It was quiet and safe. Staff was great.

The check in staff had no personality. I never saw anyone even smile. Forbid I ask any questions, it was like it caused pain to them. The bed and pillows were terrible!!! The mattress evidently hasn’t been changed in many years. Possibly one of the worst beds ever.

Heres tbe good: The room was clean and nice. Heres the bad: The staff was not up to par this time. My wife and I soon found out, the door doesnt lock. An employee tried showing us how to slam the door repeatedly and lift on it to lock it. Itll bolt shut inside the room. You cant leave, because you cant deadbolt it from the outside. After many unsuccessful tries, he never got it to lock either. We asked for another room. By that time (within 60 minutes) he said sorry, he already gave away the other 2 rooms. The kicker is while talking he knew the room was broken. That its always an issue. Then we asked well why give it us!? He said thats above his paygrade. He just works here. Take it up with managment. We paid the ballooned price to go see the game near by. Exceeding 500$ for 1 night and they couldnt care less. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
