We were given a room at the end of the hall near an exit door that was used all hours of the night and slammed loudly disrupting sleep patterns - had I booked directly with IHG I believe we would have been assigned a better room.

I never write reviews, but in this economy, I felt that it’s important for me to say something……The room here itself was ok. Really clean, but the shower leaked out onto the floor terribly. But what dropped the score so low is the fact that they’ve charged my husband’s card 3 times, after they assured is that it was resolved the first time it was messed up (so, that makes 4 times they’ve messed up payments.) All this has left us completely broke for the duration of our trip to see our son that just became a soldier. We’ve called and we can’t get anything resolved. If you decide to stay here, just watch your bank account. I can assure you we will never stay at a Holiday Inn again just for this simple reason.
