This hotel is in a great area for visiting University of South Carolina and used to be among our favorites. The current staff, however, is terrible. Not courteous, not knowledgeable, and clearly feel their jobs are a chore and that guests are an inconvenience. Such a bummer because we used to love the team at this property. Maybe just a lousy few days, but it was more than one team member over the three days of interaction.

Mostly the biggest issue was the parking garage. Very hard to navigate and get in and out if you are not in a car. But ultimately that is not the hotels problem.

Front desk employee very rude to me upon returning from going out. All other employees were pleasant. Disrespectful and mouthy. Too comfortable being unprofessional to customers. The opposite of hospitality more like hostility. Everything else was cool though.

Great hotel with inconvenient parking.

Comfortable, clean, and well located hotel with courteous staff. Bar is below average and parking garage situation is worse. Overall a good experience and would recommend with a disclaimer for the sketchy parking garage.
