Our only "complaint" is we were told housekeeping would refresh our towels every other day. No problem with that except that never happened. My husband requested fresh towels and was told they would be delivered to our room soon. That did not happen. Overall, though, the stay was good.

The property could use a good cleaning all around. The elevators were dirty, the ice machine on my floor didn’t work, the jets in the tub were filthy and the room smelled so strongly of chlorine, mind you, I was on the 3rd floor. The rooms are a little outdated, but get the job done. I specifically wanted a tub with jets, but had to buy cleaning supplies myself before I’d ever sit in it.
