You will receive a unique code for the keyless smart lock entry! There are some stairs leading up to the front door.

We live nearby, but you won't see us in person unless there is a problem! We are available to message through the app.

This property is divided into 2 Airbnb units (upstairs and down). An additional Airbnb basement apartment with separate access that's 1bed/1bath is located on the side of the home. We do share the lower fire pit with the downstairs airbnb guests. The upstairs is locked off to the downstairs at all times. The Thermostat for the whole home is located upstairs and we may contact you if the lower guest may need to adjust it as they do not have access to it. We can adjust it from our phones, but we will let you know if this is ever needed. We have never had an issue with this, but just like to let you know. There may be a lower guest staying in the separate apartment during your stay. We ask that you respect their stay as we ask them to respect yours. If you need more space, this downstairs unit may be available for rent! Ask us!
In addition to federal/state/local laws, and any laws enforced by your booking app, please be mindful and respectful of the following house rules:
-Must be 21 years of age to book. We may request a copy of your ID to verify this as a hotel might do.
- NO Smoking in or on the property! This is a strictly no-smoking property. If you smoke we will charge you an additional cleaning fee of at least $500.
- No parties / large gatherings / loud noise
- No unapproved guests. Only the guests quoted on the stay are permitted onto the property unless you ask and it's approved to have visitors. If you have any unapproved guests, we will charge a fee of $100/unapproved guest, and require the extra guests to vacate the premises immediately.
- If you bring an unapproved pet/animal onto the property we will charge a fee of $250 per pet/animal for additional cleaning. We will also require the pet/animal to be immediately removed.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, you cannot check-in earlier than the noted check-in time and day, or check-out later than the noted check-out time and day. If you attempt to check-in earlier or stay past your check-out time without our permission, there will be an additional fee of $100/hr. We may also call the police for trespassing.
- If you break/damage something, or discover something broken/damaged, please let us know.
- Do not move furniture / appliances / etc.
- Do not unplug important electronics (i.e. appliances, internet, etc)
- Do not unplug, block, or tamper with exterior surveillance cameras
- Nothing but toilet paper in the toilets
