Pros: Great stay, friendly staff, indoor pool, basic fitness area, good breakfast area, washer/dryer if needed Cons: The back parking lot is ridiculous!! People parking long ways taking up 7 spots and/or blacking you from being able to back out on the back row. FIX THIS! It’s the only reason you don’t get 5 stars.

This is a great hotel and Great option in town, from all the fake hotels you have on here that are full of drugs and shady owners renting to addicts. it can't be easy to keep your hotel on the up and up in this area and we appreciate it! Tatyana is not only a great employee but also a fantastic looking woman

Wouldn't stay again due to Interstate noise
Did not like the shower head. The jet stream was about 4 inches and could not change it so water came out of the entire shower head. Made for an uncomfortable shower. Biggest complaint was the highway noise. I did not think the location would be a big deal since I have stayed at other hotels this area with a room facing the interstate with no issues. It must be a construction issue that makes the difference. In other hotels I could not hear the interstate traffic at all, but at this hotel it was super loud and kept me up all night. Would not stay here again for this reason alone. Breakfast was good. Had everything we needed and the guy working the area was very sweet and helpful!

I really enjoyed the hotel & the people that worked there! When i checked in the lady was so friendly and also gave me a key chain that she makes all herself and that was very special. The bathrooms were nice and big for my husband who is handicapped and the beds were super comfortable as well. The only thing that i didnt like was the price for things (snacks, drinks, etc.) But other than that i really enjoyed the stay and would def stay here again 😁

I have stayed here for long and short visits. The staff is amazing! They keep the building clean and updated. The breakfast is great. It's quiet and safe for such a busy location. Definitely recommend!! 5 STARS!!!

The woman working at the front desk the morning we checked out was just wonderful! She could sense my patience growing thin with a tired and crabby toddler and went above and beyond to help. Wonderful customer service all around, but she definitely stood out to me. Thank you!

Fantastic Lodging for the Price!
Pleasantly surprised about this stay! I had not stayed in a Best Western for many years and was worried that the condition of the building would be run down since it was in a college town (drunk revelers for college games and parties). Boy, was I wrong! Pleasant and efficient employees manned the front desk and created a seamless check-in and check-out process, answered questions and handled little emergencies. Room was attractive, comfortable and clean. Loved the ease of being able to control the temperature of the room switching modes between air and fan with easy to understand controls. Refrigerator in room was generous-sized and had a nice but small working freezer. All the lamps in the room featured extra plug-ins making it easy to plug in additional devices without having to look for wall outlets. The bed was extremely comfortable (considering I sleep at home on a Sleep Number mattress) and the bedding was not too heavy that you were comfortable all night long without getting too hot. Shower head was adjustable so you could choose between pulse, spray or a combination. The only two room negatives in my opinion was the size of the counter-space next to the sink and the lighting above the sink, which were not too huge of deal-breakers. The complimentary breakfast provided a good variety of choices and the gentleman manning the dining area was constantly checking to make sure there was plenty of tasty food and keeping the area clean. Overall, excellent stay!
