Do not stay here it really needs an update and new management, it’s not safe. Torn curtains, dirty towels, pillowcases stained mattress sunken, floor in bathroom sticky, carpet nasty. It smells like marijuana, it does not deserve to have the name Wyndham

The hotel desk person was awful. We made it there late/early morning. And we had to wait another hour and a half before we could get our reaerved rooms. And he was rude, sarcastic, not friendly, and wasn't hospitable at all.

A/C unit fan bearing was bad and got noisier each day. Filthy carpets, tiny tv, window casing was rusting and falling apart, bath counter was falling apart. Whole place was overpowered with the stink of cheap weed and over compensated with air deodorizer.

We arrived after 8pm and the first room i was given was either uncleaned after last guest or already had peoplw staying in it. Just opening the door i could see a bed was unmade with towels and stuff, there was garbage on the floor and the TV was on. The Front Desk immediately gave us a new room which was fine. In need of a revamp and more topical renos than anything else. The offered breakfast was averge but ok.

This property needs to be inspected it is filthy and got woke up at one am to management pounding on the door because they moved us from one room to another because of no fridge in the room for my insulin and the shower rod was falling off total mess do not waste your time or money they are better options in that area

Arrived at 3pm for check-in. Rooms were not ready. 1st room was ready around 330-345. 2-queen room only had two towels. 2nd room (King). The first room given (around 430pm) was NOT ready. In fact, it was still occupied by another guest. The next room was given, about 15-min later. No mini-frig and no ice bucket. The only ice machine that worked was on the 1st floor. Not convenient when you are staying on the 3rd floor (308). Football game was going on. The staff was NOT ready for the demand. Staff was nice but only so many times you can apologize for the rooms not being ready.

I wish I could leave a video this was by far the nastiest hotel I have ever stay at!! It looks nothing like the picture on the site!!! It smells and I switched rooms 3x due to the smell and how nasty it was!! And then the air didn’t work in the 3rd room!! I don’t know how they have a 8.9 SOMEBODY IS NOT TELL THE TRUTH!!! Do NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Well the curtains were torn. The carpet what not vacuumed and had tons of dirt build up along with clock radio fell apart when touched and roaches came out. The a/ c was set at 60 so it was freezing in the room and the refrigerator wasn’t even plugged in. Breakfast was horrible and we didn’t eat. Staff was rude.

Badly understaffed. Property not well-maintained. Lots of conflict with guests and people endlessly ringing the bell during the night at the often unoccupied front desk. Food on ground in front of hotel was not cleaned up for almost 24 hours. Room had musty smell. Wyndham auditors need to pay this property a visit.
