DISGUSTING
This property is absolutely disgusting -- The ceiling in the bathroom is molding and falling down. Dead bugs can be found in all window sills. Linens on the beds are stained and dirty. Previous rental/owners items were found around the home. Live bugs were found in the living room coffee table. The ceiling in the living room is stained and holding water from an upstairs leak. Carpet has been chewed and destroyed. The entire apartment smells. The bathroom fan is covered in dust - this apartment has not been properly cleaned in a very long time. This property is not properly advertised and should not be rented.

Not as expected
So much to say but I'll stick with letting the owner know a welcome manual may be necessary for Wifi information along with general house amenities and how to work them. Not enough linen was available. No ice maker. Verbal communication with owner was a bit stressful. Try to cater to your guest, not your culture.
