Women up front was super friendly and very helpful. Compared to best western this hotel was very informative when it came to fees. The best is there is no deposit.

Comfortable room, terrible service
Was not a pleasant experience, checking into the hotel attendant what she did come act like she’s mad she was really very rude. The fellow of us sitting there that could let me in to get to the restroom act like he couldn’t speak English, knowing any speak English, but I was very disappointed very disappointed this I will not be staying at this hotel Anymore. Where is Colorado springs and then she double charge me on the deposit. It wasn’t much a deposit wasn’t really not paying attention.

Clean property, restaurants nearby. Would’ve been nice to have some plates and silverware but not a big deal. Sheets are cheap but overall it was a good option for an extended stay.

Nice clean place for a last minute booking. I wasn’t expecting a like a kitchen in my room with with a full fledged refrigerator and stove. There was also no breakfast and a blow dryer which was a huge bummer

This a long term stay hotel. They do not provide breakfast but i knew this going in. The room was small but clean. Nothing fancy but clean and had what I needed. The price was excellent and close to the Academy, which were my main concern.

The only issue was the noise. The windows didn't seal well, letting in lots of traffic noise. Luckily for me, I always travel with earplugs. I definitely needed them to get a good night's sleep. Otherwise, decent hotel in a great location.

Unnecessary
The lady at working the front when we checked in was rude and high on god knows what with how fast she spoke and kept licking the inside of her mouth. After check in my fiancé went down for silverware and she refused to let him get anything to eat our food so he had to drive to the gas station for plastic ware. The people above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night when we have a newborn, just ride period. Overall, never recommending or staying here when in town again!

Never been in a hotel like this. No coffee makers, no hair dryers. Asked to take out our own trash, had to go get clean towels, bed linen didn't fit bed kept slipping off. Staff handled fire alarms due to washing machine malfunction. Staff handled water break by going door to door to inform us. Would not stay here again
