These are cabins that are walking distance to the historic and shopping district. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Don’t expect good breakfast even though it’s advertised as included.

Quaint old school lodging. We stayed in an old stone cabin and it was well maintained and fairly updated with a vibe from decades long past. Bathroom was recently painted and well maintained, but probably 30-40 years old? I'd stay there again. The location can't be beat.

The Villa Motel is a great choice for a visit to Manitou Springs. The shops and restaurants were a short walk. For a visit to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods the location is superb. The Motel is clean and quiet with a nice pool and hot tub.

Very convenient location with excellent walkability to shops, restaurants, cafes, et al. Nicely remodeled and clean. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars was due to a slight musty smell in our cabin. It triggered my wife's asthma enough to leave her coughing all night.

We stayed just one night here while passing through town and loved Villa Motel! It's super cute and retro looking, but the rooms inside of been updated pretty recently. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I loved how close it was to walk to the historic downtown area, but juuuuust far enough away (3 blocks-ish) that it was quiet and you forgot there was a bustling downtown packed with people. We really liked this location and plan to come back and stay here for more than just one night. Perfect spot if you're looking for something in Manitou Springs that's close to everything, reasonably priced, quiet and comfy! Thank you Villa Motel!
