Our adorable 704 SqFt condo is located in a quiet neighborhood near several popular Colorado Springs tourist attractions including Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. It is also close to hiking and biking trails. The condo is fully equipped and includes a king size bed, LED TV, Keurig coffee, spices, coin laundry, and covered parking. This 1 bedroom/1 bath condo has been freshly updated keeping your comfort in mind. We're excited to host your stay & will ensure the unit is sparkling clean.

Wonderful place
The stay was great. It wss clean, the owners were very plesent and helpful. When we arrived we had just flown in from Denver with a toddler, and we have been traveling for more than 12 hours, so we reached out to see if we could access the unit a little earlier and they were very kind in letting us do so.

The property was fine as a homebase for taking day-trips around the Colorado Springs area. The price was excellent and the central location was very nice. Making meals was a little difficult, because there only one pan and 1 small baking sheet in the kitchen. No major issues with our stay, and it was a great value.

Pros: - Excellent High-speed internet - Convenient location - Covered parking - Well-equipped kitchen - Owner accommodated early check-in Cons: - Musty odor throughout the apartment - Inadequate cleaning (e.g., thick dust layer on ceiling fan) - Bugs present in the living room - No central air conditioning; only one wall A/C unit in the living room (with filter change indicator on) - Insufficient cooling for the entire apartment. Bedroom lacked A/C and was uncomfortably hot - Limited cooling options: one table fan and a noisy evaporative cooler (disruptive during office meetings) - Two exposed electrical outlets without cover plates: In the kitchen near the sink (safety hazard with live wires) In the living room near the floor (hazardous for young children) - Owner did not take immediate action when informed about safety issues - Living room sofa bed was old, worn-out, and uncomfortable (springs and metal divider noticeable) - Sofa bed bedding appeared unwashed - Bath towels were extremely worn and appeared very old. We had to purchase new towels from Target - Living room TV remotes were non-functional - Fire TV failed to connect to the internet - Office monitor lacked HDMI connectivity (only VGA available) - Printer cable was missing - Ironing board cover was stained. Iron appeared outdated Overall, while the apartment offered some conveniences such as high-speed internet and a good location, it suffered from numerous issues related to cleanliness, comfort, and safety.

We were very pleased with this property. VERY clean and the owners thoughtfulness made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. All basic things were available to us - soaps, paper goods, K cups for the coffee maker, etc. A very comfortable stay!

Great central location we were within 30 min of anyplace we wanted to go, (and we went to a lot of places) condo was clean and visitor friendly, we didn't stay in the unit very much (sleeping/shower) because we were visiting family and friend's would definitely like to go back to the Springs again and when we do we're going to try and stay here.

COS Family Visit
Compares favorably with resort we stayed in near Mt. Hood the previous week. Unit is 200 SF larger and has most of the same amenities, except W/D. Location worked okay; halfway between family members we came to visit, which was our sole purpose this trip. Plusses included: KS bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable LR furniture, and decent artwork throughout. Owners very responsive; case in point, the Keurig died upon our arrival and they brought a replacement next morning. For our taste there was more owner items/decor than we'd prefer. Being older travelers, we'd also prefer a regular height table and chairs. All for now.

Quiet Condo, Great Location
Great stay! The condo complex was quiet and clean and had easy access to the major attractions we wanted to see. The close location to the laundry room and pool area was a nice bonus. The owners were friendly and quick to respond and resolve when we had an issue with the assigned parking spot being taken. Would stay here again.

Great condo rental
This condo rental was very nice! The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, well stocked, and has a comfortable bed. It is an older condo complex. The binder with instructions and area attractions/restaurants was a nice added touch. It was great to have a carport to pull the car into each night. Thank you for the water in the refrigerator and the little basket of nuts and bars when we arrived. We enjoyed some of them throughout the stay. Thank you for the basket in the bathroom of complementary lotion and shower supplies. We really liked the location as it was close to attractions in the area. We contacted the owners and they responded very quickly to answer our question. I recommend this rental if you are staying in the Colorado Springs area.

You might want to disclose that there is no smoking on property. I am a smoker and naturally know i can not smoke inside of properties. It made it uncomfortable for me. I felt like if i smoked in my car i could get in trouble. It made me feel like i was doing something illegal.

Nice Condo!
All of the comforts needed for a comfortable three night stay for my wife and I. Great location, near lots of shopping and restaurants. Quiet complex, convenient parking. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay in CoSprings, you will not be disappointed in this unit!
