Downtown Colorado Springs
Nice downtown location with multiple nearby restaurants. Two blocks to the Pioneers museum. Staff is great. There are parking options as an alternative to valet parking.

It’s a unique beautiful place - updated and comfortable. Rooms are very basic- no phone, fridge, microwave or coffeemaker. Their restaurant is under construction or remodeling, but their bar area was nice and comfy.

Wrong room energy
They would be better off to put a smaller bed and place the head of the bed against the wall to the left. The energy was wrong and uncomfortable. The bed itself was awesome as was the food and service.

The hotel is decorated well and has a good space for lounging in the lobby. The staff are friendly and helpful. We went during a snowstorm so the parking was not convenient as you have to walk to the next block to park in a parking structure which you pay for. I didn't see valet available or I would have used it. As for the room, the bed was pretty terrible and had a dip in the middle and was not comfortable. The sink drained pretty slowly. There is no onsite story to purchase water or snacks so you will need to make sure to grab some before checking in.

The staff was SO friendly, especially Jill at the front desk. The coffee shop had great coffee and food. We loved the unique and relaxing vibe of the lobby and bar. Rooms were comfy and super cute.

We were very happy with our stay here! The hotel is newly remodeled and it is beautiful! The historic building with modern decor is perfect! We loved our room as well. We had the King Club and it was very large and roomy! All around great boutique hotel in downtown Colorado Springs!

Beautifully decorated rooms consistent with the history of the hotel. Rooms were a bit small which didn’t allow for you to open your suitcase and leave open. Needed a dresser or something for storage. But, very tastefully done.
