Everything was great, comfortable beds and quiet comfy room. Pretty property inside. Great breakfast buffet with an omelet bar. Disappointed that they only had a bar and grill that opened at 5pm. Plenty of chain restaurants and Wal-Mart within walking distance.

We loved this hotel! Every year that we travel to Mexico our stay in Colorado Springs has to be at the Academy Hotel. Very friendly, love the breakfast (always delicious and excellent service) and my kids love the pool I just wish it was a bit more warm, but just me.

We stayed for a week. But two nights there were 4 girls running and screaming all over the floors and stairs of the hotel. My husband filed about 3 complaints for two days. It was also dangerous. They were between the ages of 11 and 14 and they ran up and down the stairs, which was also dangerous. The staff never did anything. The girls started running around 8 pm and would stay until 1:00 am.

Loved the breakfast, SO WORTH IT! It was so nice and cozy, absolutely loved it. The only thing is that it’s not very clean, a lot of dust in the rooms, the walls dirty, and mold in the bathroom fans.
