The wi-go was very weak. There was no phone signal in the hotel. Room was clean but very dated. Furniture should be replaced. Breakfast was decent and wait staff was very friendly and courteous

This is an older property. It is inconveniently located if you want to do anything touristy in Colorado Springs. Staff seemed annoyed and tired (probably underpaid). The water in our bathtub ran brown. There was a spider in my bed. Cheap sheets. Needs a complete overhaul in my opinion.

People at the front desk were friendly as well as the people that worked at the grill. I liked the set up of everything. Loved the fire place area with all of the seating. Definitely would stay again.

Like: Greeted by great big smile at the front desk for check in . Easy to park and beautiful Colorado weather can't go wrong. Breakfast was great with choices. Dislike: 2nd floor without elevator can be difficult but manageable. Room was clean but had dirty sock left behind the main door.
