Parks, hiking and biking trails, and Garden of the Gods are all an easy drive away.

At home, outdoor highlights include that spectacular mountain view, a huge back yard with comfortable seating, corn hole to keep the kids busy, and the hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the stars. Inside, you’ll have three levels to spread out. The entire space has been professionally decorated and offers all the comforts of home - and then some. The open living space on the main floor combines the full, well-equipped kitchen with the dining area and main living room, making it easy to gather as a group. You’ll also find a dedicated office on this level, ideal for those with lingering remote work.

The whole family will love the garage-conversion game room, with a pool table and dart board. More entertainment options include five streaming-capable TVs and free WiFi. Spend evenings snuggled up together on the leather sectional in front of the gas fireplace, or watch some TV in the bonus room downstairs. Five comfortable bedrooms await when you get sleepy, including a top-floor primary bedroom with an en suite bath. Drift off with your first perfect vacation day behind you and another to come tomorrow.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
