Okay stay in Colorado Springs
Breakfast was very good, lots of options and the staff working in that area were super sweet. Check in staff were friendly. Housekeeping: almost none existent- I realize we stayed during the week of Christmas but they told us when we checked in they still had full staff. We opted to just get fresh towels every other day to not be a pain but that didn’t happen. We stayed Sunday through Friday and only got fresh towels once. I had to go get them and take our trash down. It is a hotel with a kitchen and between making meals and take out a few times we needed the trash taken out. I understand I should have told them trash too but they did not even check on us until the day before we left but I had already taken care of the trash and got us new towels. So if you need housekeeping you may want to remind them frequently. Our issue but may not affect others if you have to have fluffy pillows or need more than 1 or 2 bring your own. Not a hotel problem but personal preference the pillows are super flat and we brought our own. So glad we did. Overall a nice hotel. Staff we encountered were nice and hotel was clean. I would stay again but would know what to expect for next time. Very close to shopping, grocery stores and fast food restaurants.

Property was super modern, new, clean and very well appointed. Our studio was spotless and the bathroom shower fantastic. Bed was comfy and kitchen useful. All in all the hotel was the cherry on top of our stay. Would highly recommend.

Property is well maintained and clean, however it’s impossible to rest due to the walls and ceiling being paper-thin. You can hear when someone is showering upstairs or walking in their rooms. I was going to stay there for 4 nights and decided to go to a different hotel due to this. Upstair guest woke up at 4:30 and there was some clicking noise coming from the ceiling when he got into the shower. If you stay there ask for the top floor so you can get some sleep, otherwise you’ll hear every step and running shower.
