The home has a deck to enjoy your morning coffee with a fire pit to enjoy an evening drink in beautiful Colorado as the sun sets behind the mountains directly behind the house, glorious! You also have a lakeside patio with a hot tub to help sooth your muscles from the days adventures. No matter what the season, days at this home have views that take your breath away.
The Lake home has all the comforts of home you would expect . The bedrooms give you a great nights sleep with ample room for your belongings. You have 4 flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi and a Dot with Alexa for all your favorites and to keep you connected. Blink cameras on the exterior help keep you safe. Great Views!

Enjoyed our stay the home is in a perfect location and easily accommodated 3 generations. We especially loved the family of deer that visited us daily! Minor maintenance issues and Rose our host was very accessible and wonderful to work with. Cave of the Winds is a must get there early and Rose’s recommendations were spot on for food. It’s a lovely home.

We chose this property because of the beautiful views and how clean everything looked in the photos—and honestly, the views from the living room and master bedroom were even better in person.We really appreciated how well-stocked the house was. From cooking supplies to cleaning items, everything we needed was there. We've stayed at several VRBOs, and this was definitely one of the best in terms of being prepared for guests.The homeowner was super friendly, easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond to our questions.The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and perfect for our family. Most of the major attractions around Colorado Springs were about 20 to 40 minutes away, and traffic was generally light.If you're looking for a place that’s clean, beautiful, and well stocked, this one is definitely worth checking out.

Dont asumr my brevity is and indication of our experience and satisfaction. Fortunate for this property, not much needs yo be said other than great property, great process, great owner.ALL 5 STAR. We've rented many houses. It doesn't get any better for comfort, cleanliness and not only meeting expectations but we all left with the property and all involved exceeding expectations.This listing is shinning example of what the VRBO concept is meant to be.My only disappointment is that we found this place after many others when our daughter was graduating from 4 years at Air Force. We would've stayed here every time. Our loss is your gain though. Bottom line--Do not hesitate for a second to book here.

Family Friendly Beautiful Stay!

We stayed here with old friends, who now have kids and some other family members! The house had something for everyone and plenty of room for all kinds of activities! Fabulous home in a fabulous location!

Rented this property for an annual friendship holiday trip and couldn’t have asked for a better location, home, and host! The property had everything that we needed for our stay including a beautiful view of the lake. The location was great as well with many stores and places to eat nearby. Cozy Getaway

The property was a beautiful home away from home. The spacious kitchen with a large island made it fun to visit and laugh together in an amazing surrounding. The view from the deck was stunning, as the mountain range was lovely. The deck was large, and was perfect for morning coffee and evening campfire. We were very impressed with the size of the house, and the decor was tastefully done. We felt totally at home, and treated the property as if it were our own home. The access to the venue for my daughter's wedding at Spruce Mountain was an easy drive, without having to access the freeway. Thanks to Rose, we found some great restaurants and fun activities. Rose was very responsive and accessible for questions. I would highly recommend staying in her home. You will not be disappointed. The home is more beautiful than the pictures shown. It was very special.

Nice for large family

Nicely stocked kitchen with plenty of room for our large family. Very nice to have 5 bedroons and 4 full baths. Excellent salt water hot tub with views of mountains and wildlife. Owner was very helpful with suggestions on things to do, restaurants, and answered all our questions promptly.

This home worked perfectly for our family of 9. It is within driving distance of so many attractions and yet a quiet neighborhood to relax and enjoy at the beginning and end of the day. Our grandchildren were so excited to see the deer come around every night!

Beautiful property! House is gorgeous, lake was awesome to look at from deck and hot tub. They thought of everything. Even had a foot massager to use after a long day of hiking. We had lots of dear pass through which was fun. Beds are super comfy. Tons of activities for kids to do, games, bikes, ect.
