Welcome to PeakView Lil Lux, a hidden gem in the Pike’s Peak region! This luxury tiny house offers a large deck with breathtaking views of Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, and the Manitou Incline. Nestled on a ridge behind the main house, the views remain unobstructed and even more spectacular! You'll be just minutes from downtown Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and Colorado Springs.

☕ Starter Supply: We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🔒 Security: The neighborhood is generally considered very safe, but we do have exterior security cameras on Peak View to protect the premises.

🛀 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it's clean and sanitary for all our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at very cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, reaching 102° later in the evening if drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
