The house has potential, but in its current state it is nowhere near worth the cost/price. We had a group of 10 off and on for USAFA's Parents' Weekend and the location was really good for the Academy access (a few miles from the South Gate). The house feels like someone moved out quickly, left junk behind, and someone else bought it and is renting it out. It needs: better ability to control heating/air, decent mattresses in the upstairs 2 bedrooms, some coherence in kitchen (one full set of standard plates, bowls, etc. instead of multiple mismatched random place settings; it needs a set of smaller glasses, mixing bowls, and a few serving bowls), cleaned out spaces (linen closet is a mess, junk drawers throughout the kitchen), and some other furniture for groups to gather/sit (some chairs or a set on the deck; the dining table inside fits 6 and then there is a plastic folding table and 2 plastic benches that make a picnic table). Our group could not ever gather together in one place. The positives were that when the projector stopped working, the management company or host responded really quickly and ordered a new one that arrived overnight. The movie theatre-like seating is nice and the fancy refrigerator is really nice (we used it to play music!). What you don't see in the photos is that the futon is in the space you walk through to get to two other bedrooms, one full bath is in the laundry room and is the only one near three bedrooms, and there are 3 levels.
