The property was very nice and affordable. I reserved a king suite and the room was spacious and had everything I needed during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff had great customer service and friendly. The only thing they could improve is having the parking lot plowed more frequently. I was there during a winter storm and the lot needed more attention. But I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future and would recommend to others.

This was an emergency visit, as flight was canceled. Wish getting dinner was easier and that the delivery options had more information. Food from the restaurant was so-so. However the room was very nice but chilly, thermostat didn't seem to change anything, maybe because it was on the first floor.

The old white lady at the front was very rude and very unhelpful. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. Our smoke detector batteries got low and started chirping so I called the front desk. Told me to come get a batter for it and I could put it in. I told her can she send someone or put it in her self was told no that’s not her job and she can’t reach it. This woman was taller than I but I guess that didn’t matter. Asked for some extra towels when I walked the ridiculous layout of this complex to get the battery and she rolled her eyes and acted like it was a chore or inconvenience to do her job.

We loved the close proximity to the airport. The breakfast spread was nice. Staff were nice and professional! I prefer newer more polished hotels, and this one is dated with a few updates. The updates didn't outweigh the need for more renovations. Although, we didn't have any issues, I wouldn't stay here again.
