Cripple Creek visit
Great place to stay. It could’ve been cleaner but I’m picky. Coffee stain on the floor along with lint and a little debris. Bathroom borders were dusty, but overall, a great stay. Beds were very comfy and decor is really nice.

Overall, this was a fabulous stay for us. I felt like I had booked a room with a bathtub, but Joshua who was rude (just stood there while guests were waiting to be checked in) kind of ruined the energy. He told me that when you book through 3rd parties instead of them, mistakes can happen. This hotel should treat all guests the same, regardless of how they booked their room. If they’re going to treat 3rd party guests differently, perhaps they shouldn’t partner with them? Valet lost our car for a moment and couldn’t find it because someone forgot to put our car into the computer. That wasn’t fun, but was resolved. The rooms were great, the rooftop pool was just so enjoyable and perfect. Definitely a newer hotel with some kinks left to be worked out. After checkout I got charged another $5 per room due to billing mistakes.

The hotel is nice however, the front desk service is left to be desired, mainly one young girl that appeared to be in a leadership role. She was rude and indifferent. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower. You have to literally crawl into the tub over a large marble frame. The tub is extremely slick and very dangerous. I couldn’t keep my feet from slipping. Almost fell several times. When I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk, she was very indifferent. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Also, the fire alarms we being tested and constantly going off in the room for at least two hours. The safes don’t work yet and the room has no desk. Nice hotel but still needs work.

The property was a little hard to find initially but, once we got settled in, it was a beautiful place. The staff was very helpful but the room service left something to be desired. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will most likely return if/when we visit Cripple Creek again.

Called for information day before arrival-called back three days later. No use of the fridge in the room. No microwave. Bell, Valet, and Room Service excellent. Fun play in casino. Beautiful setting!

It's a new, beautiful hotel in Cripple Creek. Our room was nicely decorated. While the staff were all friendly, they consistently did not answer some basic questions such as "What time do you think our room will be ready." We were advised they could not tell us. There is a $40 fee to empty the room fridge so a guest can use it. It feels as if the hotel is still working out some kinks. We would still go again. The pool deck isn't to be missed (although the bar is lacking.)

We waited until after check in time to avoid the rush. After waiting in line for almost 30 minutes we were told our room wasn't ready. They advised us to go to player services and get players cards while we waited. So we did..... And waited in another line. This time for only about ten minutes. By the time we finished at players services, our room was ready. This time we were sent to the concierge....where we waited in line again. When we got to our room it was clean but it only had one robe and one set of slippers. Our room accommodated four so I was surprised there wasn't at least two robes. Our room also had a strange feature - a sliding barn door to see into the bathroom, specifically the shower. The shower couldn't be accessed from the door but you could slide it open to see in. It was just odd.
