When you want to explore, downtown is 10 miles away, with the popular Garden of the Gods just a bit further on.

At home, you’ll love the brand-new, chic feeling throughout the space. The open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area feature modern finishes and lots of room to spread out. Put on your chef’s hat and take advantage of the full suite of stainless steel appliances - including a dual oven - and granite countertops in the kitchen to whip up mealtime masterpieces, then pop the dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup. Remote workers will love the free WiFi and dedicated desk area in the guest room - though with a gorgeous view of the High Chaparral Open Space, you may not get much done.

If you didn’t get your steps in on the hiking trails, pop into the home gym for a walk on the treadmill or an elliptical session. And, with a streaming-capable TV in the room, you can pass the time while you binge your latest show. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
