Villa Annette - Lakeside can accommodate up to 8 people and is arranged on 4 floors.

On the ground floor: garage with 1 parking space (small/medium sized car due to the maneuvering area to enter the garage. See last photo in the ad), laundry room with washer and dryer, gym equipped with treadmill, exercise bike, barbell and dumbbells.
On 1st Floor: 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower and large walk-in closets.
On 2nd Floor: Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and living room with smart TV with large outdoor balcony to relax while admiring Lake Como. There is also 1 half bath on this floor.
On 3rd floor: 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with bathtub and shower and large walk-in closets.
On the top floor there's a small meditation room, a living room with TV and a bathroom.
All rooms in the villa have a fantastic lake view and A/C.

Colonno is a quiet and relaxing place where you can enjoy the surrounding nature.
