Da wir gar nicht erst in das Zimmer kamen, weil es in der Zwischenzeit anderweitig vermietet wurde obwohl uns seitens Hotelführung zugesichert wurde einen Einlasscode per E-Mail zugesendet zu bekommen. Wir standen 22.45 Uhr ohne Zimmer dort und waren wegen einer Messe in Köln gezwungen mit dem Zug nach Hause zu fahren. Die Fahrt begann um 0.30 Uhr u. endete um 6.48 Uhr in Wolfsburg. Dreimal mussten wir mit diverser Wartezeit umsteigen. Die Kosten für zwei Taxifahrten beliefen sich auf 126 €. Wenn wir diese erstattet bekommen verzichten wir auf weitere rechtliche Schritte. Hiermit bitten wir um Rückmeldug.
