The hotel was easy to find. About a 20 minute walk from the centre of Cologne. Our room wasn’t quite ready but we were offered a courtesy drink while we waited which wasn’t long at all. Great customer service. Room was clean.

Wir waren vom 7 bis 10.09.24 Gast bei Steigenberger. Wir wurden sehr freundliche begrüsst und das Check-in ging reibungslos über die Bühne. Ein grosses Kompliment an Herr Kabbani der wieder einmal mehr gezeigt hat, was Gastfreundlichkeit bedeutet. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und werden das Steigenberger gerne wieder besuchen.

Bad experience all around. Reception never picks up the phone. No working WiFi. Was asked pack my clothes and move to another room, only to find out that someone else is already staying in the other room. No apologies from very unfriendly and confused staff, who needs serious training and maybe chose the wrong profession.
