Excellent location, brilliant staff and the free quick coffee and pastry for breakfast was inspired. It is in a lovely place. The only reason it was not 5 was the noise from the bar on the street opposite street in the early hours on a coupe of nights.

Comfortable room and wonderful staff. Perfect location. Allowed us to leave our luggage since we arrived early. Front desk was very helpful with questions we had and spoke wonderful English. Bed was pretty soft, not my preference. But comfortable. Small room. Wonderful shower with hot water and great water pressure. There was a bit of an unpleasant smell in our room/bathroom but we opened the window and it cleared out. Would stay again.

Brilliant location, walking distance for everything in the old town, and only two minutes walk to the cathedral. The reception team were really friendly and helpful - the safe in our room wasn’t working when we arrived and this was rectified very quickly. The room was compact but completely adequate, and the shower was good too. The temperature was a bit high, and we seemed to have no control over it (the guide on our walking tour said this was normal in winter) but opening the window brought the temperature down and we slept well. On arrival we were given a voucher for a discount in the restaurant which we used, and the food was very good, would recommend guests to make use of it.

This hotel is okay. Rooms are very small. Very good location however our room was facing the alley and it was super loud at night and I wasn’t able to sleep through the night as there were constant noise and loud banging in the middle of the night. Avoid avoid if you are wanting to get a good night sleep.

Everything was ok about this place…but they NEED NEW BEDS! You could literally feel the springs in the mattresses in your back as you slept.

Great spot, some things to consider.
Loved the location. Beautiful view out windows. walking distance to dom but in quiet location. Close to restaurants and bars but not so close that it is loud. Although there is a bar right around corner. I wish there were towel hooks or bar because there was only room to hang one towel. Had a hard time figuring out the heat so it was cold. Asked a lady for help and it didn't work much better. On our last night a guy helped and he was very kind and fixed heat and gave me extra blanket which I didn't end up needing when heat kicked in. The shower had great pressure and heat. I would recommend a stay here. Great location, close to heinzels xmas market as well, and clean modern room.

View of the Rhein was great. I was there on a Saturday night and wasnt too loud or rowdy outside. My room was in the building joined on next door so its a bit of a maze the first few times you try to find your room. Best travel light as you may have to carry your bags up flights of stairs. Close enough to attractions, eveything was walkable. Plenty of restaurants nearby too.

Booked a panoramic double room, but got a tiny compact room. The property itself is in a great location, but looked in need of a spruce up, especially in the dining area. There seemed to be workmen always walking about, not a good look for a hotel. No sugar at the drinks machine, and staff could not find any, and towels could have been changed more often. Still had a pleasant stay, but hotel must do better.

Hotel longe de onde os carros podem circular. Oferece camas king e na verdade são duas camas de solteiro juntas com um espaço entre elas. Os travesseiros são almofadas com pouco enchimento. O rapaz que faz a limpeza te dá pressa para deixar o quarto antes das 11:00 hs, horário marcado do check out. Tem aquecimento no banheiro que não funciona.Quarto pequeno.Nao voltaria.
