Great location and convenient to food and shopping. Room is a little outdated, very few outlets and had to use an extension cord to charge devices. The bathroom had been updated and the shower is great! The hotel spa and pool are an added bonus! Restaurants and cafes inside the hotel were excellent. Would stay here again!

Looks nice and is comfortable but service poor.
Nice place but service was terrible. Asked for towels at reception, called down an hour later and still nothing all night. Informed the staff in the morning and was simply told ‘sorry about that’, moving on. Breakfast is ok but not worth the price, very basic Continental food and drinks.

Perfectly beautiful hotel
This hotel is about a 10 min walk from the Hauptbanhof Cologne. The tram is just across the street which will take you to various locations throughout the city. The hotel is gorgeous! Everything about our experience was perfect. We had a refrigerator and coffee maker in our room. The indoor pool was an extra plus! There are several restaurants in the hotel, as well as,many choices in walking distance.

We had a great room, which was a suite. It overlooked the Christmas markets. It was beautiful.. The hotel was very nice and has a lot of amenities.
