Great concept and idea with self-service check in. Comfortable beds and overall nice room. Great locatoon close enough to the main sites and cathedral. I would not stay again, only due to feeling disappointed in the customer service received during our stay. After just a few hours in our room, the roof was leaking through the light fitting leaving a large puddle on the floor. We weren’t given the option to change rooms and were handed a large pile of towels to clean up the mess. After contacting customer service again the next day and expressing our concern were we changed to another room. Staff were aware of the issue and were not apologetic at all. We explained our disappointment in the service received and overall experience however no follow up or compensation was given.

Great value, enjoyed our stay
Nice - good location, self checkin really easy and the luggage lockers were very useful. Only downfall was our double bed was 2 singles pushed together which was annoying as they kept slipping. Also, some limescale build up on showerhead and in the loo, but otherwise nice and clean

The concept of this hotel is quite good, the 24/7 phone support solved most of the issues but a couple of notes, there were no extra pillows and when I enquired on the phone was told there are none in the restock cupboard and because there are no staff around to ask I had an uncomfortable few nights sleep. No milk with the coffee machine, lockers for luggage storage are very small and there is not enough of them. But with all that in mind its close to the underground transport maybe 3 mins walk and only 20 mins walk for all the major points of interest. If they could sort the issue with some of the most basic extras I would stay again.

My fiancé and I had a great time at your hotel! The only thing we noticed is that the shower wasn’t really clean, or it’s just a little old. There was heaps of like scale build up that we managed to clean out and the shower head was a little broken! But otherwise all of the amenities and everything else was fabulous ! We will definitely book again

Really good stay! Perfect distance to the cathedral, although the hotel was on the corner of a main road you couldn’t hear the traffic at all! It had exactly what we needed for our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Really happy! My fiance and I just needed a 1 night stay to see Cologne while we are travelling Europe. Checking in was super quick and easy with the code to enter the hotel and the self check in on iPads to organise our room key. Can tell that a lot of thought has been put into digital self check in. The hotel and its operations have been really well designed. Did not use served brekky in the lobby in the morning (from 8am - 10am) however a vending machine is available at night for drinks including beer! Very affordable for 1 night. Bed very comfortable! Not fussed about 2 single quilts for the double bed. Towel warmer was lovely. Was very quiet, could only hear the odd ambulance sirens. Only negatives for me was the shower was not very hot, and very very simple toiletries. For the price for 1 night I was expecting more than just 2 in 1 body wash and shampoo. However I believe this is just because they are doing their best to be eco friendly Location isn’t amazing as it is on a main road with not much more around, however a 20-30 minute walk gets you to the train station and more shops.

I’d stay here every time I visit Cologne. It’s convenient for transport with a tram link literally across the road to the shopping areas (one stop) and the main hbf train station (three stops). The staff are scarce but the ones we did speak to were helpful and friendly. We arrived a couple of hours early for check in and they stored our bags free of charge in their secure office. The staff member even checked to see if there was a room available for us for a free early check in. Comfortable beds, all amenities you’d expect in a budget hotel room. Very clean and nothing broken in the room. We paid £250 for three nights and we definitely got value for money!

Good stay, nice decor and easy to cast onto TV. Shower is okay, towels thin and okay same with pillows okay. But the rooms are nice. would be good to have tea or coffee facilities in the room. Josephine checked us in earlier which we appreciated!

This is a great hotel, with large comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, innovative solution and modern design . Love it and will definitely come back . But it is a no service staff hotell and 20 min walk from the central train station (hauptbahnhof) and Cologne Cathedral, which for me is a small price to pay for everything else the hotel has to offer . Highly recommended . Will definitely come back
