Good location, walking distance to most attractions and the christmas markets. Room was small but clean and functional. Included breakfast was good, lots of choice. Only downsides were the lack of in room facilities for making hot drinks and the lift not working due to (I think) repairs. Would definately recommend for a couple nights stay.

Central location, unpretentious and reasonably priced hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Close to train station, main shopping area and cathedral.

Hotel was very good and reception staff very helpful. The room was compact but absolutely fine. The double room was 2 single beds pushed together which moved very easily. The bathroom was recently refurbished and clean but there was a slight damp smell and the vent really needed cleaned. This may have contributed to the smell. The breakfast, the quality was good but the layout and organisation needed work. There was no labels, the toaster took ages to toast bread. The plates/cutlery/bowls were in random places. The salt on table was empty and advised staff and next day it hadn’t been filled. Overall was a good stay and would recommend but the breakfast really needs some layout/labelling work and would improve it a lot.

I recently stayed at this property, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The place was very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or requests. However, the only downside was the noise from the floor above, which could be a bit disruptive at times. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. If the noise issue were addressed, it would be an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway. Breakfast was very delicious,too.

Very nice small hotel, very friendly & knowledgable reception staff. Clean (small) room but with a very good shower. Nice continental style breakfast with plenty of choice. The only downside was because the hotel is very centrally located there was quite a lot of noise from the street as it was Saturday night and we needed the window open to keep cool, but otherwise really well placed fit the train station, cathedral and the old town and the river.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was great. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The only issues were the WiFi kept on cutting out and the breakfast wasn't great.

Very affordable old school place to stay. I didn’t notice any air conditioning so keep that in mind if you are staying at the height of summer. Upper floors were getting more direct sunlight and lower floors cooler. Nice breakfast.

Fantastic location, we arrived by train and only about a 5 minute walk from the station. Hotel very central. Staff were great and breakfast was plentiful in choice. Room was smaller than we anticipated and didn’t have air conditioning which made the room very stuffy in the weather we had. Fortunately though they gave us the fan they had running behind reception to at least have some air moving - a nice touch.

Tiny Room, Homeless Everywhere & Subpar breakfast
The room was tiny. The listing says parking is $20 near by but it is really $30. no fan and 90+ degrees. The surrounding area is very trashy with homeless tweaked around every corner frantically looking in trash cans and people coming up asking for money. The breakfast was below average and definitely the worst on our 2 week trip all through Germany.
