This was a late booking as our plans changed. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The underground parking was great. Nice small suburb of Cologne with nice restaurants and a town square.

Great stay for the Christmas Markets
Pictures didn’t do it justice. Great room, breakfast, bar area, and near enough to Cologne to get there easily, but far enough to get away from the crowds.

Spacious, clean and convenient.
We were overall quite happy with our stay. The rooms were spacious enough to host both our double bed and our sons portacot, which was good. Plenty of storage and the bathroom was modern and clean. Location wise you couldn't get any better! Literally a minutes walk from a range of cuisines (and close to shopping for clothes!). We scored a few bargains and enjoyed a breakfast at the local bakery that was incredible. Service was excellent and we really were appreciative of the help the provided when we asked them to intervene with a noise complaint from the people staying next door to us. Unfortunately those patrons didn't listen and were banging on the walls for hours on end. So I guess our only complaint is that it's not very noise proof! There was free parking across the road which made thing a easy for check in and check out. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and will definitely visit again during our next trip to Germany.

Die Damen am Empfang sehr freundlich und nett, haben sich gekümmert. Das Personal beim frühstüc, hat nicht mal den Mund aufbekommen. Als die Gäste raus waren , dann war das geläster allerdings schnell groß. Ich hätte eigentlich gar nicht das Frühstück zahlen müssen, es wurde nirgends abgefragt welche Zimmer Nummer man hat (ob man überhaupt berechtigt ist) Mein Zimmer selbst war wahrscheinlich kurz zuvor umgebaut worden. Im Bad war noch bauschaum an den Wänden von der Zarge und an der Toilette selbst waren noch Aufkleber dran mit Strichcodes und Barcode.

Keine 4 Sterne wert dieses Hotel. Zimmer sind nicht modern, keine Steckdose funktionierte. Und neben an direkt ne Kneipe die lautstark Musik spielt.

Ich hatte mich vor 3 Monaten schon einmal eingemietet. Was für ein Unterschied! Statt einem geräumigen Doppelzimmer (in Einzelbelegung) ein enges Einzelzimmer mit schmalem Bett, in das noch nicht einmal ein vernünftiger Kleiderschrank passt. Der Toilettensitz noch mit Kotspuren verschönert und Beschädigungen an Wand und Decke lediglich mit einer "ähnlichen" Farbe übermalt. Über dem Spiegel 2 nicht verputzte Löcher in der Wand, wo der Spiegel wohl mal ursprünglich hängen sollte. Alles in allem den Preis nicht wert. Soetwas bekommt man auch für unter 70 EUR. Da mein erstes Erlebnis in dem Haus so ganz anders war, weiß ich jetzt nicht so richtig,wo ich meinen nächsten Aufenthalt verbringen soll. Schaue mich auf jeden Fall noch mal in der Nähe nach Alternativen um.
