This is more of a studio apartment than a one bedroom. It is very small but it is exceptionally clean. It is very close to the train and the cathedral which is a bonus. The kitchen is very small, compact with basic utensils and a small compact bar fridge. The laundry facilities are in a separate room which was on the same floor as our room. We didn't use it but noticed that someone's laundry was piled up in the room. There is no air conditioning or fan so if you leave the windows open you are just above a gelato shop and across the street is a pizzeria both having outdoor dining so there is noise until closing time and a heavy stink of cigarette smoke. The area then becomes quiet but if you prefer to sleep early your guaranteed to struggle with street noise and smoke. The building and the room are super clean and have been very well maintained which made up for the other issues.

Great apartment
Compact apartment that has everything you need. Close to the train station, river and city with a gelati shop and restaurants down below. The host was very helpful. It was very hot while we were there but a small, silent fan kept us cool overnight. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect stay in Cologne!
This apartment was the perfect place to stay during my trip to Cologne! It was just off the Rhine River and not even a 10 minute walk from the station/ cathedral, so if you’re looking to be central this is the place to be. The apartment was great, check in was easy, every amenity you could need is available and was just as described. The host was very kind and maintained great contact leading up to and during my stay, with all the information for a good trip being provided along the way. Overall, loved my stay here and will definitely book again on a future visit to Cologne!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Apartment war gut belüftet und enthielt sogar einen Ventilator um die sommerlichen Temperaturen zu überstehen. Die Lage war sehr Zentral und man kam ohne Probleme gut überall hin. Das Apartment war sauber und entsprach den Erwartungen und der Beschreibung so das keinerlei Unannehmlichkeiten entstanden sind. Wir empfehlen übrigens sehr den Italiener auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Super zentral gelegen
Sehr angenehmes Appartment. Die Lage ist super zentral, durch die guten Fenster ist es trotzdem ruhig genug für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Bäcker, Eisdeale und Pizzeria sind direkt neben an. Parkplätze gibt es in Köln auch genug, allerdings direkt im Zentrum sehr teuer. Mit einem kleinen Spaziergang kann man aber wesentlich günstiger parken. Durch die Lage benötigt man aber gar kein Auto. Eine zu empfehlende Unterkunft.

Schickes Apartment nahe der Altstadt
Ein sehr schönes Apartment nur wenige Gehminuten vom Kölner Dom entfernt. Der Check-in hat wunderbar geklappt und auch die Kommunikation mit Gaffar war sehr nett. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Supermärkte etc. in der Nähe und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
