🥨 A stone's throw from downtown Colmar, we invite you to stay in our family house of 180m², which will be ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, holidays or work. With these 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, you can stay up to 10 people. You will be quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist city center, and you can get there in 5 minutes on foot.

House rules:
🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.

🧹 Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

Zentrale Lage, viel Platz für die ganze Familie
Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist toll, die Colmarer Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, einen großen Esstisch für die ganze Familie, ausreichend Platz im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber ausreichend (2 Kühlschränke, große Gefriermöglichkeit sind toll). Das Geschirr ist leider arg zusammengewürfelt, aber es ist von allem ausreichend vorhanden. Auch die Einrichtung ist etwas bunt zusammengewürfelt, aber es ist alles in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Zentrum von Colmar.
