Wonderful!
The staff was very friendly and warm. Our room was perfectly clean, nice and quiet, and so comfortable. The breakfast buffet had lots of wonderful options. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

The property is new and a great option if you are in Colmar. My only negative experience was with staff ordering ‘taxis’. On 2 occasions the taxis arrived and were clearly just local people with a car. No issue with that concept - except their charges were exorbitant…. Double or more than what we paid to a labeled taxi. Uber and Bolt are extremely rare, so taxi the only viable option. My advice - order your own and don’t ask for the front desk assistance.

Perfect place for families visiting Colmar. Walking distance to the main sights but in a quiet peaceful area. Clean and comfortable, plenty of space, very kid friendly. Staff is very kind. Would stay again.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. The parking can be a bit tight but it was definitely convenient to have it onsite and available with prior booking. The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walking distance to La Petite Venise which was very convenient. The staff were all friendly, professional and very accommodating. There was a good range of breakfast options which were all delicious.

Exceptional service
We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, best bakery in town right around the corner, and staff who go the extra mile. While there my driver's license fell out of my pocket - a neighbor found it and took it to the hotel, and they mailed it back to me! Thank you Novotel Suites Colmar!

Driving in France on holiday from the UK. Great position near the centre of Colmar. Large room with all the facilities. Good breakfast and options if you prefer to eat in your room. This was the first time we have used Novotel Suites. I was impressed.
