The cottage is located on the ground floor of a condominium and consists of:

🍴 a kitchen equipped with hotplates, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, crockery and kitchen equipment

🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

🐕 Animals are accepted on request with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal.

🧹Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.

📝 You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
