If you have a choice choose somewhere else
Check in was fine, the entry way looks updated a little bit bu beyond that not much has been done. Hallways scraped up and down. Elevator was scratched all over inside and out. Our room had holes in the wall, mirrior frame was broken, showere had rusty racks and shower heads. Breakfast was atrocious, dining area not clean, not really any choices, and rhe choices they did have tasted so gross. Ive stayed a lot of places and this hits the top of the two hotels I've syayed at that I wouldn't choose again.

Awful, what they said beds were queen bed was a full sized bed. Bugs in room, smelled, breakfast was awful, pool was green and slimy. Tile in bathroom coming up. Wanted to charge me $40 to check in an hour early. Highly do NOT recommend

I had to make last min changes and the front desk was awesome in helping me. Also I appreciate that you accept dogs. Mine are better behaved than most, and it’s getting harder and harder to find places to stay

Weed and no blankets
I had ask for the bedding on the pull. The lady at the desk refused. She told me I could split the 2 blankets in the bed. Blankets being, thin blanket and duvet. As well refused to provide any pillows for my kids. Again stating that I need to split my blankets and pillows. After asking and raising my voice, she finally agreed to 1 blanket set and 1 pillow for 2 kids. Hotel smells of active weed smoking, people that sitting outside who were knocked out, rooms were dirty and we found trash everywhere in our room and we found bugs throughout the hotel. The hotel smells like weed and dirty laundry. I would not stay again. Pay extra and go to the hotel up the street.

The bed was really comfortable. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good except for the eggs were kind of disgusting, but they usually are hotels. My only complaint was they do not have any extra pillows for the pullout couch so we didn’t have enough pillows for all four of us.

BEWARE!
The check in process was painfully slow. The girl at the front desk did not seem to know what she was doing. My room was already paid in full so it should have been a quick process. The room was very dirty, there were only 3 bath towels, 1 wash cloth, and 1 hand towel for a family of 5. We asked politely for more and were given with an attitude only ONE more bath towel. We asked the housekeeper the next morning for some more towels and she very rudely informed us we already had too many! So I sent my daughter to the front desk to get some and an elderly male employee stated he was counting and knew we had too many towels already and we would start getting charged for them. The breakfast area was out of many items, including the waffle batter, when my husband after searching for over a long time found someone to tell them, she was annoyed that we asked. How dare we ask for the waffle batter to be available when there is a hot waffle iron there! The bagels are stale, the apples are all bruised. These cheapskates can not properly take care of guests! The pool is absolutely filthy! Dark, nasty water! 2 nights of misery, and being made to feel like a towel thief, without ever a little breakfast either morning. Plus the walls in this hotel are paper thin, you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. With the exception of the 1 young male employee everyone who works in the hotel is RUDE! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Room was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast was very good. However, the room walls must not be insulated as I heard a man next door talking on his phone both at night and in the morning, somewhat disconcerting.

The hotel room wasn’t clean. An old sanitary pad was left in the trash can. The sheets for the pull out couch was missing. Crumbs were inside the pull out couch.

Roaches crawling on bed and management admitted prior incidents, didn't seem to care, put us in another room with king bed, they knew we needed two beds but again didn't seem to care, terrible experience. The place should be shut down and exterminated. Didn't stay and went to hotel across the street in the pouring rain.

The night my daughter and I arrived we saw the dirty floor and damage to most all furniture and walls. We were only staying one night so we checked under the mattresses for bugs and did not find any. We disinfected surfaces, inspected bed sheets and pillows and since those were ok, we went to bed. When we woke the next day, the sheet on my bed had come up and my daughter pointed out the stain on the mattress. We removed the sheets and found black mold on the other side of the mattress!
