The welcome was good at the reception but lack of basic amenities in the room like dental kit. When asked for one, the staff member provided it like after half an hour. Definitely not worth the price they ask.

They should provide home slippers complimentary for swimming pool and also the tvs should be smart so we can use Netflix, Youtube etc. Dont mind paying a few dollars extra.

We were upgraded for free to a gorgeous brand new suite with a balcony and jet Tub at the living waters spa and resort due to Construction at the living stone golf resort. We were treated like royalty and so grateful for the entire experience. We will absolutely stay with the living waters resort team again. Thank You for everything!!

Minimum parking Was woken by staff at 10am, When check out is at 11am I asked the night prior while checking in if I can check out for 12 noon the next day, as I needed my rest and that I am a type one diabetic. The 12 noon checkout was noted and should have been told to the staff that woke me up by knocking at my door
