Good place to stay with family of 4(3days,2nights) Kids enjoyed the stay in the room. Just the pool area was not available for 2days and the drainage of bath tub was not draining fast.

I decided to stay at this location last minute. Location was great and check in was easy. I did find it noisy in the morning, not the best for being sound proof at all. Staff was very friendly :)

Well staff were really helpful for our extra requests like, leaving the buggage behind the counter after checkout to see blue mountains without them and come back to inn and pick them up. They didn't have to but they graciously did. and things like that make your day and make it compelling to book again. Keep up the good work...

Metro is just outside the properly which is very convenience. The property could have added more variety in their breaffast menu. Also, we did not get our requested extra towels in the room until we left for check out

A disgustingly dirty hotel!!! Shower was so gross The carpets are filthy You can hear other guests from 4 doors away No restaurant on site or bar … a vending machine and pop machine only They have a restaurant and spa but it’s a 10min drive away!!! No shuttle to and from What a waste of money!!!!

Overall good hotel however small indoor pool and exercise room does not exist despite signs in the corridor and miss leading photos in the internet. Breakfast is good.
