Pretty vacation home with swimming pool not far from the town of Collevecchio in a panoramic position overlooking the rolling and green hills of the Sabina countryside. The house is located in a sheltered position and has a nice panoramic veranda with garden furniture, a barbecue and an external oven. All rooms are air-conditioned and nicely furnished. The property is fully fenced and surrounded by a well-kept garden. The favorable geographical position, the proximity to the A1 freeway exit (15 km) and to the Collevecchio - Poggio Sommavilla railroad station (5,7 km) allow you to reach in a short time many tourist destinations by any means. You can reach the center of Rome in a little more than an hour. From the same train station you can also go directly to Fiumicino International Airport. Visiting some of the nearby ancient villages will be a unique experience: Bocchignano, Casperia, Catino, Montasola, Tarano, Fianello and Roccantica are some of the stages of a great itinerary to discover the Sabina Middle Ages. Lake Bracciano is 51 km away. Lake Piediluco 52 km; the thermal baths of Orte 32 km; the thermal baths of Viterbo 56 km, the golf course of Sutri 40 km.
