I wouldn't recommend staying on floor one. If there are people gathering in the lobby at night its really loud and hard to sleep. Other than that, its an ok place to stay and convenient to the campus

I reserved a double queen room, checked in and went to our room and it was a ADA single king room. Was told they were fully booked and they could do nothing to give me the room I actually reserved.
