Greatest Hotel in 40 Years
Our room was amazingly large and clean with a sitting area with the pull out couch and desk in the corner of the living room. Our bedroom was nicely furnished with two comfortable queen beds a lot of pillows which I love! Breakfast was very filling and delicious and the Chef made a point to come out and speak with several of the guests, ensuring that we had everything we wanted. When I speak about breakfast at a hotel, Hyatt Place really outdid themselves on it with their presentation and taste both days of our stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming in their big Texas way and I believe the hotel manager was there enjoying breakfast with us each morning as well. The kids loved playing in the heated pool although the chairs are loud when moved around on the floor in the pool area. The water is inviting and just deep enough for everyone to enjoy themselves so a word of advice for you soon to be traveler; don’t forget to bring your goggles. Overall it was one of the best experiences in a hotel that I have had in the past 30 years of adult adventures.

Room was spacious and clean. Disappointed that breakfast was from 7 to 10 and when getting done there around 9:20, they were already running out of breakfast items. Not cool. The entire point of staying at a hotel that has breakfast is being able to get some food and eat before the day starts. Will not be staying here again.

New Lifetime Customer!
I rarely write reviews but I have to say that our experience was so great, I had to take time to comment. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and eager to make our stay great. We had a late check in and after unpacking we realized that our A/C was blowing hot air. We called the front desk and they sent Jacobi up who attempted to fix the A/C and after 2 minutes excused himself and came back with a luggage cart and the key to another room. I had already hung up my clothes and he said I could move them to the next room on the hangers. He was sweet and apologetic and helpful. He took what was getting ready to be a volatile situation and diffused it with his professionalism and charm. I have four day meetings twice a year in College Station and I will always return to this hotel.
