A true game day place for friends, family and many types of parties! Only a few blocks from Texas A&M University. The vision for this house was for it to be a game day fun place. Gathering with family and friends at this home is ideal for entertaining and lots of enjoyment. Inside it has a comfortable and modern décor style. There is a great gameroom with ping pong table, foosball, board games and comfortable seating area with tv. Outside there is plenty of room to relax with a nice deck area and the volleyball court and ring toss will surely be a hit! Permit #STR2020-000057
